These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HomeBuyerSaathi (the "Service"), operated by Claim Saathi Technologies Private Limited("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What HomeBuyerSaathi is
HomeBuyerSaathi provides software tools, information and document templates to help home buyers research projects and understand and organise their rights under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 ("RERA"). We are a technology company — not a law firm — and we do not provide legal advice or represent you before any authority or tribunal.
2. No legal advice; no guarantee of outcome
Content, calculations, risk scores and generated drafts are for information and convenience only and are estimates based on available public data and the inputs you provide. The final relief in any matter is decided solely by the competent Authority/Tribunal. Always have a qualified advocate review any document before you file or rely on it.
3. Data sources
Project information is derived from publicly available RERA records and the details you enter. Public records may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate; we do not warrant that any data is current, complete or error-free.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Service lawfully, and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service. You are responsible for the documents you upload and for verifying any output before acting on it.
5. Payments
Paid features (such as the Detailed Project Report and Saathi Plus) are billed at the prices shown at the time of purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once the paid content has been generated or accessed.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claim Saathi Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any decision you make based on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
