What data sources do you use?
Public MahaRERA filings — registration status, original vs revised possession, construction progress, complaints and orders — plus the documents you choose to upload. We interpret factual public signals into a plain-English score; we don't pass a verdict on any promoter. Always verify on the official MahaRERA portal.
Can I download a PDF?
Yes. The Project Safety Report and your Document Vault case-file both export as a paginated, indexed PDF you can save or share with your advocate.
Are my documents private?
Yes. Your documents live in a private, per-user vault built around encryption and buyer ownership. We are strictly buyer-side, never builder-paid, and never sell your information.
What is fair use?

Can I cancel Saathi Plus?
