Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, free trials and refunds work for the paid services offered by Claim Saathi Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62090MR2026PTC477714) through HomeBuyerSaathi. It should be read together with our Terms of Service. All prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST), and all payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay — we do not store your full card or bank details.

1. What we offer

  • Free tools — project checks (Safety Score), calculators and checklists. Always free; nothing to cancel or refund.
  • One-time purchases — digital products delivered on demand, such as the Project Safety Report, AI Agreement Review and case-preparation products.
  • Subscriptions — Saathi Plus (and its variants), billed monthly or yearly, which may include a free trial.

2. Free trial

If your subscription includes a free trial, you can use the included features during the trial at no charge. You may cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and the applicable fee is charged to your payment method for the next billing period. We show the trial length and the renewal date before you start.

3. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Account page, or by emailing us at support@homebuyersaathi.com.

On cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that. Because you keep full access for the rest of that period, we do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a current subscription period. Renewals are charged automatically on the renewal date unless you cancel before it.

4. Refunds on one-time purchases

Our one-time digital products (such as the Project Safety Report, AI Agreement Review and case-preparation products) are generated on demand and delivered instantly. For this reason:

  • They are non-refundable once the product has been generated, delivered or accessed.
  • We will refund you where we fail to deliver the product (for example, a payment succeeded but the report was never generated), or in the case of a duplicate or erroneous charge. Please tell us within 7 days of the charge.

5. How refunds are processed

Where a refund is approved, it is made to your original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds are typically initiated within 3 working days of approval and, once initiated, usually reflect in your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Any GST is handled in accordance with applicable law.

6. How to request a cancellation or refund

Email support@homebuyersaathi.com with your registered mobile/email and the order or payment reference. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve genuine requests promptly. Grievances may also be raised with our Grievance Officer as set out in our Terms of Service.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the paid services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
