This Privacy Policy explains how Claim Saathi Technologies Private Limited("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use HomeBuyerSaathi. We are committed to keeping your data yours.
1. Information we collect
- Account details — your email address (and name, if you provide it) when you sign in.
- Case details you enter — project, builder, dates, payments and case information used to power the tools.
- Documents you upload — stored in your private vault to build your case file.
- Enquiries — messages you send us via the contact form.
- Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics to improve the Service.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service: to run the tools you ask for, store your case so it follows you across devices, process payments for paid features, and respond to your enquiries. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your case details with builders or brokers.
3. Where your data lives
Your account and case data are stored with our infrastructure providers (including Supabase for the database and authentication, and AWS for document processing and email). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
4. Document processing
Documents you upload for verification or analysis may be processed by automated systems (such as OCR and AI models) solely to provide the feature you requested. Temporary copies created for processing are deleted after use.
5. Data retention & your choices
We keep your data while your account is active. You can edit or delete your case details and documents at any time, and you can request deletion of your account by emailing us.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information.
